Application and Payment: All vendor applications must be completed in full, and full payment must accompany your application, or it will not be processed. Verbal commitments for reserving space will not be honored.

Application Deadline: The application to apply for exhibitor space is Sunday, June 30, 2019.
Exhibitor Booth Cost: Single Booth $375 | Additional Booth $350
Assignment of Space: Priority for space assignment will be based on the order in which applications are received and availability of space requested. To be considered in order of “first received, first assigned,” applications for exhibit space must be completed and payment of the entire amount must be received before space is assigned. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
Exhibitors who wish to avoid assignment of space adjacent to that of a competitor should indicate such on their application in the space for comments below.
Consideration will be given to your request, but relocation is not guaranteed. Morris Brown AME Church reserves the right to reassign/relocate exhibit space. Once booth location is assigned, exhibitors are not allowed to change locations without approval. Each vendor will be limited to an 8ft-wide table/space. Exhibitor signage is permitted only within the confines of your assigned booth. Merchandise and display must be in keeping with the religious nature of the event.
